Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Associate Patient Care Coordinator to support daily operations at a senior center. Responsibilities include greeting members and visitors, answering phone calls, registering members, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, assisting with check-in/check-out, and providing information about programs and services. Additional duties include data entry, filing, event coordination, and general administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience working with older adults preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
