Life Enrichment Specialist

• Oversee Life Enrichment Coordinator in regard to working together to provide one-to-one and group activities for the residents residing within the skilled nursing facility

• Complete UDA items and additional documentation for regulatory compliance

• Work with IDT Team on resident care plan items

• Attend meetings as appropriate for activity and facility compliance

• Other duties as assigned

Preference given to those with experience in healthcare facility settings.
