Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

• Provide engaging speech-language therapy tailored to each student's needs.

• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support student development.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

• Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.

• Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Current California licensure and any other applicable credentials required for the position.

• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively with children, families, and school teams.

• Experience with early intervention strategies preferred.
