POSITION SUMMARY: 

As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed patrons' needs and expectations. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Complete opening, running, shift change and closing duties according to established procedures
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently according to the establishes recipes and standards
• Prepare service-bar beverages and bar service beverages accurately and efficiently for guests and restaurant team members
• Able to operate POS system for transitions and restock/ replenish bar inventory

WORK PREPARNESS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
• Prefers to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise and temperature levels\
• Handle bottles, glassware, bar tools and beverage equipment safely
• Experience Preferred but not required
• TABC and Food Handler Certified  of willing to obtain certification upon hire
