Position – Product Assembler

Job Location – Franklin, Wi

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (Monday – Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm; potential OT on Fridays)

Starting Pay – $19 an hour

Required Education – High School Diploma or GED preferred

Required Experience – Entry-level to 1+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on team experience preferred

As a Product Assembler, you will fit glass panels into specialized plastic framing to assemble high-quality sealed units. You will apply sealant along joints to ensure airtight and watertight integrity, maintain accurate corner alignments, and perform quality checks on finished items.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a teammate to position glass panels into frames, attach top frames, and align 90-degree corners.
• Apply and smooth silicone adhesive along interior seams to ensure waterproof construction.
• Inspect finished products for quality, maintain production records, and move completed units to curing areas.

Qualifications

• Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to stand/walk for a 10-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work overtime when needed
