An established healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA) to lead a skilled nursing facility operations in the Winter Haven, FL area.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Oversee daily operations, lead department heads, improve census and financial performance, strengthen staffing and quality outcomes, and ensure compliance with Florida regulations and survey requirements.
Qualifications
Active Florida LNHA license
Skilled nursing facility administration experience
Knowledge of Florida regulations and survey readiness
Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills
