Iron Will Ventures, Inc. (IWV) is seeking a Senior Test Resource Integration Lead in Huntsville, AL to support advanced missile defense, space, hypersonic, and weapon system test programs for the Department of War (DoW).

The successful candidate will provide expertise in the planning, coordination, and integration of test resources required to support complex flight test missions. This includes coordinating test ranges, instrumentation, tracking systems, telemetry assets, mission support infrastructure, and other critical capabilities to ensure test objectives can be successfully achieved.

The ideal candidate will bring experience working across government program offices, test organizations, and industry partners to identify test requirements, assess resource capabilities, resolve integration challenges, and ensure mission readiness. This position requires a strong understanding of the test and evaluation lifecycle and the ability to support multiple programs and geographically distributed test activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the planning, coordination, and integration of test resources for complex flight test missions and associated test activities.
• Identify, assess, and coordinate test resource requirements, including range capabilities, instrumentation, radar tracking, telemetry, surveillance, and mission support infrastructure.
• Work with government program offices, test ranges, operational organizations, and industry partners to ensure test resources are technically capable, available, and ready to support mission objectives.
• Develop and coordinate test resource plans, operational requirements, schedules, and integration activities across multiple organizations and test locations.
• Assess existing test capabilities, identify resource gaps and constraints, and develop recommendations to address mission requirements.
• Coordinate with range leadership and other stakeholders to resolve resource

Requirement

• Active Secret security clearance, which requires US Citizenship, TS/SCI (eligible) preferred
