To join us, you should be at least 18 years old and have three years of non-relative childcare experience. We value the unique contributions of each nanny, and our online scheduling system helps streamline your work-life balance. Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and safe environment for infants, ensuring their well-being and happiness.
- Engage infants in age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Maintain a consistent daily routine that includes feeding, napping, and playtime to support infants' growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and any concerns.
- Keep the play area clean and organized, ensuring all toys and equipment are safe and in good condition.
- Adapt to the unique needs of each child, providing personalized care and attention as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in providing personalized care to infants, ensuring their safety and happiness.
- Ability to engage infants in activities that foster physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Proven track record of maintaining a clean and organized play environment, ensuring all equipment is safe.
- Strong communication skills to effectively update parents on their child's progress and any concerns.
- Ability to prepare and serve nutritious meals, adhering to dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining a consistent daily routine for feeding, napping, and playtime.
- Adaptability to meet the unique needs of each child, providing individualized attention and care.
