$43–$46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for Autumn Lake at Crofton. You'll help residents communicate their needs, work through cognitive changes, and address swallowing concerns as part of a collaborative rehab team.
What You'll Do
Complete evaluations and set goals based on each resident's needs
Provide treatment for communication, cognition, and swallowing
Offer practical recommendations to residents, families, and care staff
Document progress and coordinate with nursing and fellow clinicians
