Quality Control Inspector

Exegistics has partnered with a client in the Coppell area. Are you detail-oriented, safety-focused, and looking for a stable career opportunity? We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our client team in Coppell, TX. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications before shipment.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in unloading furnaces and conduct visual inspections of finished products
• Identify and quarantine suspect materials for further analysis
• Verify finished goods meet customer specifications
• Enter quality and production data into company databases
• Prepare and provide Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Certificates of Conformance (COC) to customers
• Communicate product quality issues to Quality and Production Management
• Prepare finished goods for shipment
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Complete manufacturing orders and release product into inventory systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support quality and inventory control processes

Qualifications:

✅ Experience in manufacturing, quality control, or warehouse environments preferred

✅ Experience working with chemicals is a plus

✅ Forklift experience is a plus

✅ Computer proficiency and data entry skills preferred

✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures

✅ Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards

✅ Technical school certificate or related experience preferred

Requirements:

• Must pass a drug screening
• Must be able to provide valid identification
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• No felony convictions
• Reliable transportation to Coppell, TX

Physical Requirements:

• Regular standing, walking, lifting, and material handling
• Frequently lift up to 20 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to work in a loud industrial setting

Monday - Friday

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
