About the Role:
Flava Wings in Houston, TX is looking for a passionate and driven Manager to lead our team and keep the good times — and great wings — rolling! This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of daily operations in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards
• Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor cost controls
• Monitor food quality, preparation, and presentation to uphold brand standards
• Handle inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Drive sales performance and meet revenue and profitability goals
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining atmosphere

Requirements:

• Food Manager's Certification required
• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment preferred
• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and local health codes
• Proven ability to manage labor, food costs, and overall P&L
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and some holidays
