Role Overview
The Shift Leader/Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing daily operations during their shift, ensuring that team members deliver excellent customer service while maintaining product quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise and support team members, ensuring they adhere to brand standards and provide exceptional service.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the dining experience.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, including managing inventory and product availability.
• Training and Development: Assist in training new staff and developing existing team members to meet performance goals.
• Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for resolving operational challenges during shifts.
• Positive Environment: Foster a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and engagement among staff.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Restaurant front of house skills: point of sale (POS) operation
• Restaurant front of house skills: drive thru
• Restaurant front of house skills: front counter
• Retail skills: customer service
• Retail skills: point of sale (POS) operation
• Speaks English
• Management skills: resolving customer complaints
• Reads English
• Available to work: late at night
• 2-3 years of total work experience
