Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Declining cognitive ability, and issues with recurrent dizziness. Diabetic, heart disease, hypertension. Refuses walker, doesn't remember to eat. My stepmom provides all his care, but she is going through a health issue that limits her ability to help him. He watches tv or plays on his tablet all day Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
