Nanny Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have 20-month-old twins. So theyre almost 2. I have breakfast and dinner prepared for them. Snacks and lunch are easily found. Play with them, nap them, change diapers. Respect basic health needs, dont kiss them, or share silverware. Dont take them outside without being clothed. Im flexible but also prioritize their safety. I wont pay 30 an hour for a couch potato who doesnt care about young childrens development.
