Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Heavy Lifting, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
