John Lee GEICO Local Office is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and eager to learn. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly preferred, as you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers and prospects to develop opportunities.
• Have needs-based conversations to understand customers' insurance needs.
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options.
• Develop leads and schedule appointments.
• Prepare and present appropriate insurance solutions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow agency processes.
• Work with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
