Litigation Attorney

Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Attorney for our client's Fort Lauderdale, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation experience, strong legal writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a background in defense litigation.

• Legal Skills:

  • Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical abilities.

  • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

  • Strong knowledge of written discovery and litigation procedures.

  • Ability to manage cases, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Professional Attributes:

  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Collaborative team player with a flexible and proactive approach.

  • Motivated to continue learning and growing professionally.

• Language: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

• Schedule: Full-time, in-office position in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is not a hybrid role.

• Billable Hours: 1,800 annually.
