Join a Commercial Construction Team

We're hiring Experienced Construction Laborers to support a large commercial construction project. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and have experience working with dirt, grading, site preparation, landscaping, or general construction labor.

You'll work alongside a small crew preparing building areas for concrete placement by leveling, shaping, and compacting dirt. This is a great opportunity to gain additional construction experience while contributing to a major commercial project.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with site preparation and dirt work on a large commercial construction project.
• Use shovels, rakes, and hand tools to level and prepare surfaces.
• Fill low spots and remove high spots to create smooth, even grades.
• Support concrete preparation activities by ensuring the site is properly compacted and ready for the next phase of construction.
• Operate a remote trench roller and dirt compactor after receiving training.
• Work closely with equipment operators and crew members to maintain production goals.
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform general labor duties as needed to support project completion.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of construction labor experience.
• Experience working with dirt, grading, landscaping, excavation, or site preparation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Experience using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and similar equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a crew.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on commercial construction projects.
• Familiarity with dirt preparation for concrete work.
• Experience working with grading crews, excavation crews, or ditch crews.
• Experience operating compactors or similar equipment is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is performed entirely outdoors on an active commercial construction site. You'll spend the majority of your day working with dirt, grading surfaces, and preparing areas for concrete placement. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
