What You'll Be Doing

🔧 Assemble fan units and components using work instructions and blueprints

🔧 Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies

🔧 Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

🔧 Learn the complete assembly process from start to finish

🔧 Troubleshoot minor assembly issues

🔧 Follow safety, quality, and attendance guidelines

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to read instructions and blueprints

Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance

Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Experience

Assembly or manufacturing experience

Warehouse or production experience

Experience with hand tools or measuring tools

Electrical or wiring experience is a plus

Work Environment

This position is located in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Candidates must be comfortable standing for extended periods and working with tools and equipment. Steel-toe shoes are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
