What You'll Be Doing

🔧 Perform ASME code welding on pipe, nozzle, and pressure vessel components

🔧 Complete 6G pipe and nozzle welds to specification

🔧 Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols

🔧 Follow WPS and PQR requirements

🔧 Perform weld repairs based on RT and UT inspection results

🔧 Use MIG (GMAW), Flux-Core (FCAW), and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) processes

🔧 Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and code compliance

What We're Looking For

ASME Code Welding experience

Recent 6G Pipe Welding experience

Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols

Knowledge of WPS/PQR documentation

Experience making weld repairs based on inspection findings

Strong commitment to quality and safety

Interview Process

6G Weld Test Required

Candidates should plan for approximately 3 hours to complete the welding test

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
