• A Shift: Sunday- Tuesday (every other Saturday) 7am- 7pm
• C Shift: Wednesday- Friday (every other Saturday) 7am- 7pm
• B Shift: Sunday- Tuesday (every other Saturday) 7pm- 7am
• D Shift: Wednesday- Friday (every other Saturday) 7pm- 7am

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the manufacturing and production of decking and outdoor building materials
• Load and unload materials throughout the production facility
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Package finished products for shipment
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Support various departments as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to wear PPE (steel-toed boots)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and attendance record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
