General Production Worker - Now Hiring

Join a dynamic team working on the bottling line in production. As a general production worker, you will be responsible for loading empty bottles onto the line to fill various containers including gallons and drums. You will manage the labeling process, remove finished products for packaging, and stack and palletize completed items. This role involves handling general production duties and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Load empty bottles onto the production line for filling.
• Place bottles on the labeler machines and remove finished products for boxing.
• Work alongside conveyors, removing and packaging finished products.
• Stack and palletize finished products from the filling line.
• Handle general production duties and lift up to 50 lbs.

• 2+ years of production experience in a manufacturing bottling environment.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Experience in forklift operation.

• Experience as a Production Technician.
• Skills in general labor, packaging, packing, palletizing.
• Experience with bottling line, filling machine, bottling machine, capper.
• Proficiency in machine operating and machine operation.

The production team comprises approximately 25-30 employees, with 8-10 office staff including sales and operations personnel. The company boasts its own fleet of trucks including 2 tractors, 2 tankers, a trailer, and a 28-foot straight truck. The standard shift is 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Employees have a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. During summer, the shift adjusts to 6am-2pm to mitigate heat exposure.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of COCKEYSVILLE, MD.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
