General Production Worker - Now Hiring

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to operate various machinery and equipment in a manufacturing facility focused on producing printing rollers. This role involves collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines, alongside hands-on production and general warehouse duties.

• Operate machinery and equipment to produce printing rollers.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform hands-on production and general warehouse duties.
• Engage in heavy lifting of 50+ lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Conduct maintenance repairs and preventative corrective maintenance.

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.

• Experience working with manual mills or manual lathes is a plus, though not required.

Work in a medium-sized manufacturing company located in Belcamp, MD, specializing in the production of rubber roles. The work schedule is typically a day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with usual hours around 40 per week and 5-10 hours of overtime during busy periods. The environment is challenging, involving substantial labor in a very dirty setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belcamp, MD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
