We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented Production Workers to support our busy holiday season in a clean, climate-controlled facility. No extensive experience required. If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assemble photo books, photo cubes, and custom photo gifts
• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Follow detailed work instructions and production processes
• Use basic measurements and counting skills to verify order specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support general production and warehouse operations as needed
• Work safely while meeting daily production goals

What We're Looking For

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift

Ability to lift and move materials up to 30 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
• Experience with picking, packing, or order fulfillment
• Familiarity working around production equipment or industrial machinery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule

Full-Time Shifts Available

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Part-Time Shifts Available

• 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Additional overtime and occasional Saturdays may be available during peak production periods.

You'll work in a modern production facility that manufactures custom photo products for major consumer brands. The facility is clean, organised, temperature-controlled, and focused on teamwork, quality, and safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cockeysville, MD.

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
