Looking for a 1st shift assembly opportunity with strong pay, hands-on training, and long-term growth? We are hiring Production Technicians / Assemblers in Amherst, NY.

Pay & Schedule

• $20-$26/hour based on experience
• $1,500 sign-on bonus
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Monday-Friday
• Overtime available, but never mandatory

What You'll Do

• Assemble small electronic and sensor components
• Perform precision assembly and inspection under a microscope
• Learn and perform soldering, testing, and calibration
• Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and test equipment
• Complete quality checks and record production results
• Follow established safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• Experience with small-part assembly or manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable performing precision work under a microscope
• Ability to read and follow drawings and work instructions
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.83 - $26.00/hr.
