We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in General Production, Machine Operation, and Warehouse roles. These positions are vital in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely. Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, or organize materials and products.
• Inspect parts or products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals.

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, or move materials during the shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in production or warehouse roles is beneficial.
• Experience with tools such as hand tools, tape measures, and power tools.
• Familiarity with machine operating, assembly, and inspection processes.

Work Environment

The position is based in a manufacturing facility, primarily indoors, though there are limited opportunities for hybrid indoor/outdoor roles. The environment is designed to support teamwork and productivity, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
