• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM (Sunday start)

What You'll Do

As a Picker & Packer / Material Handler, you'll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently through the warehouse. You'll be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders, preparing shipments, handling inventory, and operating warehouse equipment in a well-organized and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and process customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Inspect products before shipment to ensure customers receive the correct items in excellent condition.
• Package, label, weigh, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport inventory and stage products.
• Scan, track, and update inventory using warehouse management systems.
• Verify incoming shipments and assist with inventory organization.
• Stage materials for production and outbound shipments.
• Maintain an organized, efficient warehouse that supports daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• 6+ months of general warehouse experience.
• Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or material handling.
• Ability to operate RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Reliable work history and strong attendance record.

Work Environment

You'll work in a modern, well-maintained warehouse equipped with forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other industry-standard equipment. This is an active position that involves walking, standing, lifting, and moving products throughout the day in a structured, team-oriented setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, CT.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.40/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
