We're seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler to support production operations in a busy manufacturing environment. If you have forklift experience and enjoy hands-on work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable company with a strong team culture.

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks, including flatbeds and LTL shipments
• Transport materials to production and welding departments
• Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory
• Pull and stage materials for production jobs
• Maintain accurate inventory records and paperwork
• Verify shipments against packing lists and report discrepancies
• Keep warehouse, storage areas, and yard organized
• Work with drivers to safely load and unload materials
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and hoists
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist with general shop and fabrication support as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of forklift experience
• Experience loading and unloading trucks
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to safely move and handle large materials
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the workday

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with heavy-capacity forklifts
• Experience operating cranes, hoists, or rigging equipment
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience
• Inventory control experience
• Experience reading bills of materials or work orders

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
