Warehouse Worker - Now Hiring

We are seeking a dedicated warehouse worker for our 1st shift operation. This position involves depalletizing and organizing inventory, pulling parts to supply production lines, and using computer systems to track inventory accurately. You will operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, ladders, and occasionally a sitting forklift. Additionally, you will break down cardboard boxes using porcelain knives. This role requires the ability to lift up to 45 pounds manually and proficiency in computer literacy as all tasks are digitally managed, including sending short reports when necessary.

• 1+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, picking/packing, receiving, or forklift operations.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners.
• Computer literacy for digital inventory tracking systems.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Physical capability to lift up to 45 pounds manually.

• Previous clerk experience is beneficial.
• Reliable tenure of at least 1 year with past employers, ideally in a warehouse role.

This role is based in a facility that is not climate controlled. The work schedule is 1st shift, Monday to Thursday, from 6am to 4:30pm, with potential Friday shifts as needed, typically lasting 6-8 hours. The position demands standing for the entire duration of the shift and handling general labor tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elkhart, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
