Day Shift

• 5:16 AM - 2:30 PM
• $16.20/hour

Afternoon Shift

• 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
• $17.20/hour

Night Shift

• 10:30 PM - 6:00 AM
• $20.80/hour

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll support both warehouse and production operations by assembling components, handling materials, and preparing products for shipment. Team members are expected to work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Daily Tasks May Include:

• Assembling wire harnesses and electrical components
• Pulling and staging materials for production
• Packaging and labeling finished products
• Inspecting parts for quality and accuracy
• Processing orders and preparing shipments
• Organizing inventory and storage locations
• Reading and following detailed work instructions
• Recording production and inventory information
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Assisting other departments as needed to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Prior warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mill Hall, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.70 - $20.80/hr.
