AEROTEK IS HIRING FOR ASSEMBLER

Assembler | Pawtucket, RI, USA | 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Join a leading manufacturing company as an Assembler! In this role, you'll assemble, inspect, test, and troubleshoot products using detailed instructions, blueprints, microscopes, and precision tools. You'll work with small components in a clean, quality-focused environment while supporting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products following blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Inspect and test components to ensure quality standards
• Operate production equipment and tools
• Work with small parts and microscopes for precision assembly
• Perform soldering, spot welding, and other assembly tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate production documentation
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Requirements:

• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to work with small components and detailed assembly work
• Blueprint and work instruction reading skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in cleanroom, medical device assembly, soldering, or spot welding is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Pawtucket, RI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
