What You'll Do:

Organize and pull parts for production operations

Prep materials for the paint department including washing, masking, and staging parts

Load and unload plasma tables by removing cut parts and stacking materials on skids

Assist with mechanical assembly using hand and power tools

Read and use a tape measure accurately

Help prepare products for shipping and storage

Support multiple departments through cross-training opportunities

Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

What We're Looking For:

Previous general labor, warehouse, or production experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills

Ability to read a tape measure

Comfortable using hand tools and performing assembly work

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Blueprint reading experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment:

This position is based in a heavy manufacturing/job shop environment where no two days are the same. Team members are encouraged to learn different areas of the operation, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their skillset and grow within the manufacturing industry.

This is a Contract position based out of New Holland, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
