Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time

Available Shifts

• Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Monday - Thursday: 4:15 PM - 2:45 AM
• Friday - Sunday: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Now Hiring Experienced Welders

Dogwood Industries is seeking skilled Welders, MIG Welders, and Welder/Fabricators to join a growing team in Sedro-Woolley. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with fabrication and welding experience who want stable long-term work with a company that has a strong backlog of projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on structural steel assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Weld in all positions while maintaining quality standards
• Set welding machines according to Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
• Interpret weld symbols and prepare joints to code requirements
• Perform basic fitting and fabrication tasks
• Utilize jigs and fixtures to ensure accuracy
• Conduct visual inspections of completed welds
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

• 3+ years of welding experience OR welding trade school education
• Strong MIG welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings
• Experience working with steel assemblies and fabrication equipment
• Knowledge of weld symbols, joint preparation, and welding procedures
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a production environment
• WABO or AWS Certification preferred
