Pay & Schedule

Day Shift: $18.50/hour

Night Shift: $19.50/hour

Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist production operators with daily manufacturing activities
• Load, move, and stage raw materials
• Support machine operations and production processes
• Assist with changeovers and equipment preparation
• Monitor product quality and production flow
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform material handling and general production support tasks
• Work both indoors and outdoors throughout the shift

Work Environment: Approximately 50% indoor / 50% outdoor work

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to work in a physically active environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
