Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience managing a 6-7 person caseload
- Weekly evaluations, conference participation, and discharge responsibilities
- Assist with COTA supervision as applicable

- Shift Hours: 7am-4pm
