Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | Day Shift

Job Type: Full-Time | Union Position

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Bonus paid in three installments:

• $1,000 after 30 days
• $1,000 after 60 days
• $1,000 after 90 days

Harold Levinson Associates (HLA), a division of National Convenience Distributors (NCD), is looking for dependable, motivated Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to join our team in the Cherry Hill / Mount Laurel, NJ area.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a company delivery truck on assigned routes.
• Load, transport, and unload products at customer locations.
• Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and required paperwork.
• Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 1–2 years of delivery driving experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use GPS navigation and follow assigned routes.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery products.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
