Accounts Receivable Representative

• We are seeking an ENTRY LEVEL Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in our Mortgage Division. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable, have excellent computer and customer service skills, experience with data entry, be organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the billing of all property owners’ dues
• Receive payments from checks or through the lockbox
• Balancing daily deposits and post payments
• Answer calls from property owners regarding their billing inquiries and other questions.
• Letters and proxies are sent out regularly and late billing is prepared each month after the due date.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience Requirements:
·High School Diploma or GED required.
·1+ years of accounts receivable experience preferred.
·Microsoft Excel experience required.
·Good written and verbal communication skills required.
·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required.
