Job Title: Operations Supervisor (CDL/Transportation/Logistics)

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee daily hauling and field operations. This role is responsible for leading drivers and operational staff, coordinating routes and truck assignments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to resolve operational challenges while ensuring reliable customer service.

Responsibilities / Requirements

• Supervise, train, and coach drivers and operational staff.
• Coordinate daily truck assignments, routes, schedules, and service priorities.
• Monitor route progress and resolve operational delays and service issues.
• Address customer service concerns and maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations and safety standards.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous operational improvement.
• Oversee daily transportation and field operations to support efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and route planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, hauling, waste management, or recycling preferred.
