Role Overview

As a Sales manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our client acquisition efforts. You’ll identify new business opportunities, initiate conversations with potential clients, and help build long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, curious, and ready to launch a career in sales and recruiting. You will also manage the sale team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in target industries
• Manage the sales team and put KPI's in place
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Attend networking event and prospect clients in person and via phone
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior team members
• Collaborate with recruiters to align client needs with candidate pipelines
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in the CRM
• Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with a desire to learn
• Comfort with cold outreach and handling objections
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year plus commission
