Contract: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $19 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Participant Advocate – Enrollment & Eligibility Representative. This role is responsible for processing enrollment and eligibility information, balancing employer contributions, maintaining accurate participant accounts, and providing excellent service to participants, employers, and union representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll reports, employer contributions, and eligibility updates.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve processing errors.
• Manage enrollment forms, retiree accounts, COBRA payments, and benefit-related documentation.
• Respond to participant and employer inquiries by phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of medical insurance claims experience
• At least one year of data entry and account balancing experience.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and data entry speed of 10,000 KSPH.

Experience in Group Life and Health more specifically in medical stop loss highly preferred.
