Immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Service Coordinator in Clackamas, OR who possesses:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in dispatching, service coordination, scheduling, customer service, or office administration
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills

FULL DESCRIPTION:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Receiving customer service requests and collecting information to create accurate jobs in ServiceTitan
• Scheduling and dispatching field technicians based on availability, location, required skills, job priority, and customer expectations
• Maintaining the daily dispatch board and adjusting schedules when emergencies, delays, cancellations, or additional work arise
• Reviewing completed jobs for required documentation, notes, forms, photos, materials, and labor entries, and processing customer invoices promptly
• Coordinating shop and equipment arrivals, parts coordination, preventative maintenance schedules, and third-party portal invoice submissions

The selected candidate will also possess:

• Ability to remain calm and professional when schedules or priorities change
• Ability to collect complete information and communicate it clearly to technicians and other employees
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to learn customer portals and company software
• Reliable attendance and consistent follow-through

Salary Range: $20.00 /hour
