We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented local resident to step into a Full-Time Teller / Administrative Specialist role. If you enjoy seeing people you know, building trusted relationships, and keeping our hometown branch running smoothly, we’d love to welcome you to the team!
What You’ll Do in Our Branch:
Serve Your Community: Welcoming members as they walk through our doors, handling daily deposits, check cashing, withdrawals, and loan payments with a warm, local touch.
Keep Operations Smooth: Managing essential office administration—from member paperwork and record-keeping to handling phone inquiries and organizing lobby operations.
Be a Trusted Guide: Helping local families, farmers, and business owners navigate their everyday banking needs with care and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Familiar, Welcoming Presence: You love engaging with people in the Athens area and take pride in exceptional customer service.
- Accuracy & Dependability: Strong attention to detail when handling cash drawers, balanced transactions, and sensitive records.
- Tech-Comfortable: Comfortable navigating basic computer systems and office software (we will fully train you on our specialized banking software!).
- Rooted in Reliability: High school diploma or equivalent. Cash handling, retail, or office experience is a plus, but a great work ethic and positive attitude come first!
