Fiber Sales Representative

Avera Fiber is a growing sales organization focused on bringing fiber internet to new markets. We're looking for motivated people who want to learn sales, make good money, and have the opportunity to grow into leadership.

This is a 100% commission independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential. Your income is based on your production, so there is no hourly pay or income ceiling.

You'll be working in neighborhoods where fiber internet is newly available. You're introducing homeowners to a new service rather than trying to sell something they already have from the same provider.

What You'll Do

• Go door-to-door in assigned fiber-ready neighborhoods
• Talk with homeowners about their current internet service
• Explain the benefits and pricing of fiber internet
• Help customers choose the right plan
• Submit new customer orders
• Follow up with leads and customers
• Track your sales activity
• Represent Avera and our provider partners professionally

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable talking to new people
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone
• Strong communication skills
• Sales experience is helpful but not required

You don't need a college degree or years of sales experience. We care more about your work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn.
