Manufacturing Customer Account Specialist

A partner customers trust is currently seeking a Manufacturing Customer Account Specialist for a full-time permanent position in Webster, MA.

Responsibilities of Manufacturing Customer Account Specialist include:

-Respond to phone and email inquires

-Act as main point of contact for assigned customers

-Process orders, returns, order/account updates and credits in Sage ERP systems

-Enter and Maintain accurate and up to date customer records

-Coordinate shipments

-Identify and resolve any discrepancies

-Work with sales, operations, and production departments to resolve issues

-Track orders, inventory, shipments, and back orders using excel and Google Sheets

-prepare reports on order trends, service metrics and customer feedback

-Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements of Manufacturing Customer Account Specialist:

-Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college or Associates degree a plus

-2-4 years Customer service, order management, or manufacturing support experience

-Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

-Excellent ERP/CRM skills; Sage experience preferred

-Strong written and verbal communications skills

-Great organizational skills and attention to detail

-Able to prioritize tasks

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00/hr
