Customer Service Representative - Debt Relief Support

Position Details

• Openings: 2
• Location: In person at 9500 Satellite Blvd, Orlando, FL
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch, 8 working hours per day)
• Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Base Pay: $1,000 per week ($52,000 annually)
• Quarterly performance bonuses on top of base pay

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients by phone, email, and in person with questions about their debt support programs
• Guide clients through each step of their debt repair process with patience and professionalism
• Explain program details, timelines, and next steps clearly
• Keep accurate client records and notes in our system
• Follow up with clients to keep them informed and on track
• Resolve concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed
• Treat sensitive financial information with confidentiality

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service, call center, or client support experience (financial services a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A compassionate, solutions-focused attitude
• Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software
• Organized, dependable, and punctual
• Able to work on-site in Orlando Monday–Friday
