What You’ll Do
Work as part of a concrete crew on job sites across the Austin area. Depending on your experience, your work may include:

• Form setting: building, setting, and stripping forms
• Rebar tying: placing and tying rebar to plan
• Concrete finishing: screeding, floating, and troweling to a quality finish
• Dirt work: excavating, grading, and prepping sites for the pour
• Pouring and placing: helping place and consolidate concrete on pour days
• Equipment operation: running jobsite equipment as needed

What We Need

• Reliable and on time, every day
• Willing to travel to job sites in Austin, Spicewood, Horseshoe Bay, and surrounding areas
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Construction or concrete experience a plus, and we’re willing to train the right fit
