The Nurse Supervisor oversees clinical operations during the 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. shift, ensuring safe, coordinated, and compliant patient care while supporting effective team performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations and clinical staff.
• Provide clinical oversight across patient care activities.
• Conduct and oversee patient assessments.
• Coordinate care among patients, staff, and care teams.
• Oversee medication administration and related processes.
• Manage patient admissions during the assigned shift.
• Monitor care quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Complete incident reporting and support regulatory compliance.
