The Launch and Development Manager handles the execution of field operations programs, including new store onboarding, new store training scheduling, and trade show planning and logistics. Coordinate onboarding for each new store from signed agreement through opening day. Maintain onboarding tracker and readiness reporting, flagging risks and delays to leadership with recommended solutions. Manage the master new store training schedule, coordinating trainer availability, store readiness, and opening dates. Own the trade show process, register for each show, and manage all deadlines and vendor and show requirements. Coordinate venue logistics, book shipping and freight for show materials and equipment.

2+ years of project management, operations, event/tradeshow logistics, or a related field. Franchise, retail, or restaurant industry experience preferred. Generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)tools experience and ability to apply them effectively to everyday work. MS Dynamics 365 CRM. Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to build and maintain systems (trackers, checklists, schedules, etc.). HSG. Bachelor's degree.

Normal Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 - 5, Ability to travel periodically for new store openings and trade shows.
