Store More Rentals | Volga, South Dakota

Store More Rentals is looking to expand our team! We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to help maintain and manage our self-storage facilities and residential properties in the Volga area.

This is a varied, hands-on position that includes general property maintenance, snow removal, equipment operation, light construction, mechanical repairs, and other projects as needed.

As the individual gains experience and demonstrates proficiency in these areas, the opportunity to take on day-to-day operational management responsibilities may become available.

Qualifications & Skills

• General knowledge of property maintenance and upkeep.
• Ability to safely operate equipment, including trailers, skid steers, pay loaders, and similar machinery.
• Basic mechanical knowledge, including trucks, trailers, small engines, and related equipment.
• Ability to perform light construction, repairs, and general maintenance.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and manage tasks responsibly.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Trustworthiness and reliability are essential. References are required and will be checked.
