Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099), commission only
Pay: $50,000 – $100,000+ per year (estimated, based on performance)

Based in Pearl, MS, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and customer service. We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our business.

Job Overview
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Roberson Construction. You’ll build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs and offer solutions that fit. You’ll be paid 30% of the profit on every job you sell, with no cap on what you can earn.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and develop new leads through canvassing, referrals and networking
• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs and present tailored solutions
• Take measurements and photos, and prepare detailed estimates and project proposals
• Educate customers about our products, services and financing options
• Follow up on open quotes and close sales
• Build strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Work with our project management team for a smooth handoff on every job

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, roofing, home improvement or a related field
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, organized and good at managing your own time
• Familiarity with construction materials and processes is a plus
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (no vehicle, fuel or travel allowance provided)
